Fonetik was created on the back of numerous requests from the customers of NZ Mobiles (corporate 2degrees dealership) that were looking for a “One Stop Shop” for all their Telco & ICT requirements.

NZ Mobiles had been partnering with several Telco and ICT companies in the past to deliver the solutions. However, time and time again the customers came back and were saying that level of customer service was not up to scratch or that it was too expensive.

We listened to this feedback from our customers and we thought very hard about it and after some soul searching decided that we could do it better.
Thus, Fonetik was born!
